Pralines online,
at any volume.

The corporate gifting workflow didn't scale.

Aunt Aggie De's sells praline candies online, including high-volume corporate gifting orders shipped to dozens of recipients at a time. Their existing site was outdated, but the bigger problem was behind the scenes.

Every corporate order required staff to manually enter each recipient's name and address into their shipping system by hand. During peak gifting seasons, that process didn't scale.

What was built.

corporate gifting

The corporate gifting workflow was redesigned from the ground up. Instead of collecting recipient details in a freeform way and transcribing them manually, customers now complete a structured intake form and download a pre-formatted CSV template for their recipient list.

That file uploads directly into the shipping system. No manual entry, no transcription errors.

account dashboard

The customer account dashboard was rebuilt with two custom additions:

  • Re-order in one step. Returning customers repeat a previous purchase without rebuilding their cart.
  • Login and registration, separated. WooCommerce's default account page jams both forms onto one screen and overwhelms users who just want to sign in. The custom implementation defaults to login on its own, with a clean tab switcher that brings up registration independently when needed.

Neither addition exists in WooCommerce by default.

backend automation

A custom-coded weekly sales report delivers a structured overview of the prior week's sales activity to the store owner every Monday morning, automatically.

No dashboard to log into, no report to run manually. The information arrives on schedule so the week starts with a clear picture of where the business stands.
